Stancija Buršić

Prosciutto producer and Stancija Bursic is the only prosciutto producer in Vodnjan, and is considered to be one of the largest production facilities in Istria.
They are a family homestead known for production of traditional Istrian prosciutto and cured meat products for over 30 years: Istrian prosciutto, bacon, boneless pork loin, pancetta, sausages and other meat products, as well as Easter delicacy Spaleta.

Lunika Winery

It took us a long time to decide how to name our wines so that they would become instantly recognizable. Firstly we worked for a year on the name of the brand, Lunika, which is an acronym of my two daugters’ names, but which also reminds of the connection to the Moon, so crucial in biodynamics. But it also means the unique – l’unica! But once we became acknowledged, we had to find the names for the wines. Names that would make the wines distinctive, along with their quality. The history of our area came to play. And that old railway track which hasn’t been used for so long, but which was a constant presence in our childhood. This railway is known as ‘La linea’ (the line), so we decided to name our business ‘Pod Liniju’ (Below the line) , as our whole estate is located below the railway line, flanking this forgotten and neglected route.’

Kampanjola Eco Beer

Organic production is not just a product with an eco label, it is a way of thinking and a way of production that uses most of the resources from its environment and encourages the purchase and sale of organic and local products. That's why we started planting our own grain, we use ecological cleaning products in the brewery, leftovers from brewing beer are used for feeding animals, we get part of our energy through solar panels, when we participate in festivals and events with our "food truck" we offer local foods, often foods from our own production. We have our own vegetables, meat, cheese, oil. And no, we don't have everything laid out for us, but the direction we know - craft, eco and local.

Mirna Rovinj

Mirna d.d. Rovinj is part of the history of Rovinj, founded in 1877, at a time when Rovinj was the largest and most developed Istrian city and the main maritime center, while fishing was one of the main sources of livelihood for the local population. Mirna is also a part of the history of the world canned fish industry and one of the first in the world to be used for this purpose. The production program of MIRNA is based on canned products of sardines, mackerel, tuna, fish pates, fish salads and fish spreads.

Oio Vivo Olive Oil

The prestigious classification guide for top olive oils, a kind of world almanac called 'Flos Olei', which evaluates thousands of extra virgin oils from all over the world every year, declared Oio Vivo the best new oil producer in the world for 2019, which is, the founders Velimir Jurić, Mladen Kocijančić and Martin Milas pointed out, truly the greatest international recognition that producers could receive. He notes that for the past five years in the editions of that guide, they have been among the top 500, but this year they were included in the top 20 categories and as the best in one of them.
